Paper by John Wade
"Myths, Propaganda and Reality" - Click to download file.
This is a paper prepared for a conference with the Australian Tax Office and DLA Phillips Fox. It casts doubt on the dominant mythology that the ATO does not, and legally cannot, negotiate "deals" or "compromises" in the various areas of conflict in which the ATO operates.

Publications by other members of DRC can be found at http://epublications.bond.edu.au/drc/.
