In a wonderful act of generosity, retiring Bond University Councillor Mr Neil Balnaves has donated $1.5 million towards the $3.4 million cost of a new state-of-the-art Multimedia Learning Centre at Bond University.
In recognition of his support, Council has decided to name the new centre the Balnaves Foundation Multimedia Learning Centre.

Our achievements and accolades this month range from MBA students representing Australia on the world-stage in global business planning competitions to Law staff and students contributing to the successful petition for a re-hearing of Graham Stafford's case to try and overturn his 16-year-old murder conviction. We also recognise the efforts of Mrs Dee Leadbetter, Professor Patrick Keyzer and students Bridie Jabour, Sarah Flomersfeld and Jessica Golding.

The inaugural recipient of Bond University’s Sunland Foundation Scholarship, Taylor Murray, has discovered that his didgeridoo is proving to be a great way to make new friends on campus.
