This month I was delighted to host a morning tea in honour of 32 staff members who have worked at Bond University for 10 or more years. Our long serving staff members were presented with blocks of the original sandstone from Bond with a personalised engraved plaque recognising their achievement. Their commitment and loyalty to the university in an environment where the university and its staff must all ‘evolve’ to accommodate the changing Higher Education scene both here in Australia and overseas are central to the continued success of Bond. These valuable members of the Bond community ensure the strong tradition of continued excellence is maintained. On behalf of everyone at Bond, I congratulated and thanked them all.
