Scholarships

Bond University offers full-fee and part-fee undergraduate scholarships to Australia’s best and brightest applicants. A number of postgraduate scholarships are also available. If you believe you have what it takes, we urge you to apply for the Bond Scholarship Program.

UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS

FULL-FEE SCHOLARSHIPS

Vice-Chancellor's Scholarships

 

  • 100% of tuition fees of any undergraduate degree combination (excluding MBBS).
  • Available to students completing Year 12 in an Australian secondary school.
  • Predicted OP 1-3 or interstate equivalent with As/Bs or VHAs/HAs on Year 10-12 school reports.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
  • Extensive involvement in extra-curricular activities.
  • Finalists must attend an on-campus assessment weekend.

Sunland Foundation Scholarship

 

  • 100% of tuition fees of a Bachelor of Laws degree.
  • 100% of on-campus air-conditioned accommodation costs.
  • 100% of meal-plan expenses.
  • 100% of Student Activities Fees.
  • Available to students with an indigenous heritage completing Year 12 in an Australian secondary school.
  • Strong academic performance throughout Years 10-12 with As/Bs or VHAs/HAs on Year 10-12 school reports.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
  • Extensive involvement in extra-curricular activities.
  • Finalists must attend an on-campus assessment weekend.

Vynka Hohnen Scholarship

 

  • 100% of tuition fees of any single undergraduate degree (excluding MBBS).
  • Available to students completing Year 12 in a Western Australia secondary school.
  • Strong academic performance with As/Bs on Year 10-12 school reports.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
  • Extensive involvement in extra-curricular activities.
  • Generous and outgoing nature.
  • Submission of a 500-word essay.

Australia Day Scholarship

 

  • 100% of tuition fees of any undergraduate degree combination (excluding MBBS).
  • Available to students completing Year 12 in a Victorian secondary school.
  • Predicted ENTER 90 or above with As/Bs on Year 10-12 school reports.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
  • Extensive involvement in extra-curricular activities.
  • Finalists must present a three-minute speech on 'My Vision for Australia'.

Sporting Scholarship

 

 

  • 100% of tuition fees of any undergraduate degree combination (excluding MBBS).
  • Excellence in any field of sport.
  • Certification by governing sport body as within Australia's top 10.
  • Higher public profile preferable.

Sports Science Scholarship

 

  • 100% of tuition fees of a Bachelor of Sports Science.
  • Available to students with Australian citizenship or permanent Australian residency currently completing Year 12 at an Australian secondary school.
  • Predicted OP 1-3 or interstate equivalent with As/Bs or VHAs/HAs on Year 10-12 school reports.
  • Completion of Year 12 English and Chemistry OR Year 12 English, Maths B and Physics.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills or significant involvement in sport.
  • Extensive involvement in extra-curricular activities which may include sporting involvement.
  • Finalists must attend an on-campus assessment day.

Exercise Science Scholarship

 

  • 100% of tuition fees of a Bachelor of Exercise Science.
  • Available to students with Australian citizenship or permanent Australian residency currently completing Year 12 at an Australian secondary school.
  • Predicted OP 1-3 or interstate equivalent with As/Bs or VHAs/HAs on Year 10-12 school reports.
  • Completion of Year 12 English and Chemistry OR Year 12 English, Maths B and Physics.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
  • Extensive involvement in extra-curricular activities.
  • Finalists must attend an on-campus assessment day.
PART-FEE SCHOLARSHIPS

Corporate Scholarship

 

  • 50% of tuition fees of any undergraduate degree combination (excluding MBBS).
  • Mentorship by sponsoring corporation and possible opportunities to apply studies through internship.
  • Available to students completing Year 12 in an Australian secondary school.
  • Predicted OP 1-5 or interstate equivalent with As/Bs or VHAs/HAs on Year 10-12 school reports.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
  • Extensive involvement in extra-curricular activities.
  • Finalists must attend an on-campus assessment day.

Bartercard Scholarships

 

  • 50% of tuition fees of any single undergraduate degree (excluding MBBS).
  • Available to students who are children of Bartercard members and/or their employees, Bartercard franchisees and/or employees, and/or Bartercard Australia employees.
  • Available to students currently completing Year 12 at an Australian secondary school.
  • Strong academic performance with As/Bs or VHAs/HAs on Year 10-12 school reports.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
  • Extensive involvement in extra-curricular activities.

Collegiate Program Scholarships

 

  • 50% of tuition fees of any undergraduate degree combination (excluding MBBS).
  • Available to Year 12 students attending an eligible Bond University Collegiate Partner School.
  • Predicted OP 1-5 or interstate equivalent with As/Bs or VHAs/HAs on Year 10-12 school reports.
  • Interview with local admissions manager in conjunction with the school.
  • Scholarships available include the Collegiate scholarship, Collegiate Captains scholarship and Collegiate Dux scholarship.

Deans' Scholarships

 

  • 10-40% of tuition fees of any undergraduate degree combination (excluding MBBS).
  • Strong academic performance with As/Bs on Year 10-12 school reports or other applicable transcripts.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
  • Extensive involvement in extra-curricular activities.

John Burton Cadetship Scholarship

  • 50% of tuition fees of a Bachelor of Journalism.
  • Cadetship at the Gold Coast Bulletin, whereby the recipient studies and works on an alternating semesterly basis.
  • Strong academic performance with As/Bs on Year 10-12 school reports or other applicable transcripts.
  • Demonstrated commitment to a career in print journalism.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
  • Extensive involvement in extra-curricular activities.

BTSD Deans' Scholarships

 

  • 10-40% of tuition fees for any postgraduate degree program within the Faculty of Business, Technology and Sustainable Development.
  • Available to students enrolling in a Postgraduate degree in the Faculty of Business, Technology and Sustainable Development.
  • Proven outstanding academic and other achievements.
  • Extensive business experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
HSM Honour Scholarships
  • 50% of tuition fees of an Honours program.
  • Available to students who have completed a specified undergraduate degree within the HSM Faculty.
  • Outstanding undergraduate GPA .
